SHOES!

Just a quick post to keep things alive~ I have another diary blog post but no time to write now, too much assignments xD
Anyway, as you might know I love shoes, and I love them lots~ and I buy too many and destroy them really fast xD And here are some of my recent gets~ ^___^

Lita's!! well~ fake Lita's xD I cannot afford to pay £100+ atm, so got some fakes from ebay~
They are the most massive shoes /ever/, the heel is 5", making me exact 6 feet tall xD they are super pretty thought~ I was told that the real ones are very comfy, those are okay, they do hurt my toes a bit, but I need to put some insoles cause my feet moves around a bit~
for me the major fault of those is that the seller made no attempt to make the heel look wooden, it's just a block colour, I know Eilish got fakes from another seller, and they had a sticker around the heel imitating the wood~
but overall they are super pretty and I hope to have a real pair one day xD

boots! I buy /a lot/ of boots, cause I destroy them super fast xD I wore those 3 times and ripped one of the heels already =___= oh well... The go up to my knee and are super nice and comfy~ and only £15 in Primark (they also have them in brown, purple, green and violet i think? pretty cool~)

my first stilettos from New Look~
I always wear very thick or kitten heels, but I wanted a pair of thin heels for ages, my friend told me that the NL ones are very comfy (from the Wide Fit range), and they are indeed very easy to walk it and reasonably comfortable~ I did manage to wreck the back oh the heel in one wear but oh well~ <covers up with black nail polish>

Converse! OMG, not very gal, but my fav shoes atm xD
I havent worn trainers in /ages/, but I used to love them a lot many years ago. I bought those just for my cosplay but now I wear them all the time to uni cause they are just the most comfortable shoes ever (even being a size too big!), even if not the most stylish~
got them on eBay half the normal price~

as you can see I'm addicted to eBay shopping~ saw those super cheap and had to grab~ havent worn them yet tbh. but it's a cute pair of court wedges~ not too high and easy to wear /I hope/

and last not shoe related~
OMG I GOT /MY/ PERFUMES
Juicy Couture, Viva La Juicy /as you can see~/
I got a sample when I was at Westfield last month and I totally fell in love with the smell~ I never really used perfumes before but I wanted something nice for a while~  and Lily works in the perfume shop so she got me a discount! <jumps around> yeah it was quite an expense, but still much better that many brand perfumes and I really love it ^___^

And that's all for today! Hope you enjoyed~! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ

Japan Underground

Im so so so soooo sorry for not posting in so long! Over this month I actually gained A LOT of followers, much more than I'd expect~ but I also lost some recently ;__; probably cause I havent posted in so long~ Well I'm back in uni now, and since day one I have been buried in piles and piles of work =_= I'm already missing my summer holidays xD I actually have a few posts on my mind, but they require taking photos and I'm never home when the sun is up so it's a bit impossible atm >_< but I'll try my best~ For today I got a post on Japan Underground, which took place over the weekend~

my hair is purple!!!
I used up all of my blue hair dye, and decided I'm bored of the blue but I dont want to go back to all blonde yet, so purple was the choice~! I actually like it more than blue, and it fades nicer ^__^
And I curled my hair! its been many months since I touched heat tools~ also the first time I attempted to curl my hair with a straightener and not a curling iron, I had some problems but it was okay xD
Doesn't it look like my hair finally getting longer!? <excited>

eh I give up on taking photos of my clothes =__= and this mirror needs a clean xD
I was wearing my usual shorts, awesome New Look stilettos and a super cute H&M sleeveless top with a collar~

Onto the night~
Picked Dayle up from work, got him fed in McDonalds and went to Russel Square where JPU take place. Met Liam and Tiff and off to paaarty~ xD
So much people I know and haven't seen in ages where there! Also got introduced to many new peeps (or people I saw before but never got a chance to talk to).

and photos~ mine plus stolen from Sarah and Michelle~ /and her awesome jrock blog/ <3
with Sarah! she provided me a place to stay for the night xP

my digicamera wasnt handling the light there too well xD and i hate using flash~
but like regardless xP

our nails! amazingly captured by Michelle! mine on the left and Sarah's on the right~ only did a simple dripping / melting design xD

We went in at 7:30 and the first band came on 8:00, 3 bands played; Hondalady, Galapagoss and Tokyo Pinsalocks. I really enjoyed all of them a lot (much more than I in fact expected).

Laura! my head is forever too big xD
we had an awesome rave during the first band, on our own, on the side (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ

cute Tiffanie~

face fail~ with Tiff
when did my hair go this shit? =__=

hahaha, another angle /photo in the making/ xD

I also managed to get well tipsy over /one/ glass of white wine xD It was quite funny... note that I don't really drink alcohol at all~ But I enjoyed it more after xD (even if I spent most of the time lying on the floor with Tiff). Once the bands came off, just before 11, the fun begun with rave and dance to our favourite jrock bands ^__^

<forever staying on the floor> I actually look better in post alcohol photos... hmm~ xD

lol, im sorry, had to include this photo, it's just so fabulous xD <3
Dayle with one of the bands which played that night - HONDALADY

I was planning to stay till the very end but I haven't realised that Sarah lives in the middle of nowhere and we need to take of early to get the last train~ And so we left at 11:30 and began the loooong journey "home". Still managed to stay up till maybe 2 am since Chio was super hyper talking non stop. Can't say I didn't enjoy it~ It was definitively a great weekend, even if I suffered from horrible neck pain and headache for next two days =_=

And as always I hope you enjoyed this post and I will try to post again soon! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ

Japan Matsuri

Another photo heavy, personal post on Japan Matsuri, which took place last Sunday~

Look for the day~
lol, I looks pretty much the same on every photo xD I feel like curling my hair... it's been a really long time~
also replaced my usual red lipstick (Rimmel 058, Drop of Sherry) with Bourjois' Effect 3D lip gloss in no.08. It's really amazing~ colour like a lipstick with shine and moisture plus it's not too sticky. Can't say how long it stays thought cause once I go out I usually have little chances to look at myself xD
and OMG my blusher showed up on the picture! it's a miracle! xD

Deco Nails! finally xD
I've been too lazy to do anything for a very long time xD
They looked very cute, a bit too cute maybe. It was very hime-kei when I want something more sophisticated~ Just pink/cream seems to be the automatic choice with bows, pearls ans pink rhinestones xD

And off to the event we go~
The area we first went in was quite small, just between two buildings, with a lot of people... way too many people! xD It was very crowded~

Here walking between the stalls. Super packed xD It was hard to see anything. There was all sort of different things; snacks, little kimonos, books, cute stationeries, jewellery, lots of japanese societies and much, much more, I can't even remember most of it by now xD We walked around for a while trying to actually push through and see anything~

There were origami cranes everywhere~ so pretty! I love folding cranes (the only origami I can do xD), but they aren't this pretty and colourful.
With Nana and Tiff, we were forever looking for japanese Yoyo balloons (photo later), cause we saw many kids with them~ turned out there was more stalls than we originally thought hidden behind a scene. After we finally got our hands on the balloons, we walked into the Museum situated on the right to see if any events are taking place inside. Didn't really find anything, but going out through a different entrance we ended up on the other side (facing the London Eye), where some Karaoke event was taking place.

Our view~ It was up some stairs above the main passage, along Thames. There was more food stalls before, as can be seen on the left~

Forever on duh stairs~ xD
After sitting/standing there for a while (and being whistled and shouted at by some security guy to get off and clear the passage) we took the stairs down to... meet the penguin! xD

hahaha~ and here he is xD the angle doesn't really present him well~
then we realized there is lots of japanese food stalls all around, so it's time to eat!
(hope michelle doesnt mind me stealing photos of her fb o_o)

noming on my favourite - Karaage!
for those who don't know me personally, it's actually a rare sight to see me eating out xD I'm a very fussy eater and I HATE cold food (food that's originally made warm but is served cold), all the others got ready bento, but I found it totally disgusting since it wasn't warm anymore. But yes! my lucky day~ there was a stall with freshly made warm food! yay~ it was lovely ^__^

Candy Floss! OMG, didn't get any thought, cause there was something even more amazing next door~

Kakigori! / shaved ice with syrup
was quite full after the previous meal, so we shared a portion with Nana, chose strawberry syrup, it was quite good ^^ it was a very pleasant, new experience~

After we finished eating, just went on and sat down on the floor, cause hobo is the way in life~ xD
I'm playing with my balloon like the child I am~ xD
We sat for a bit talking (and Yik with Amy appeared out of nowhere o_o). Soon most people wanted to head home for various reasons, but I still had plenty of time left~ So after walking them to the station, me, Dayle and Nana went back to the first set of stalls to check out again the jewellery stall we spotted before (and bought something which I will show later in the post)

awesome Manga wall, when we first went by it was just the drawings xD now they were all covered up with writing, but it's still pretty cool imo~

And for a final picture from Matsuri, my lovely daughter Nana with her cute yukata (finally tied the right way, she was walking like a dead man all day xD) and balloon~

Now onto some photos I took at home with my treasures from the event xD

my yoyo balloon! kyan~ xD it's on a string and has a bit of water on the bottom, so it bounces up and down like a yoyo, it takes a bit of practise to get it straight and bounce of your hand properly, I struggled for a while xD Also we had to fish it out from a kiddie pool, with a hook on thin paper, I didn't really get how to do this, so my paper broke o__o but I still got a balloon~ XD

Now my Yubi purchases
first a beautiful Kanzashi pin~ Nana said you actually use it to pin your hair but I'm not sure how (other than the pen bun trick xD and that looks a bit weird imo), but it was sooo pretty I just had to buy one xD

same here~ just couldn't resist it.
I don't normally wear dangly earring, but the little crane just defeated me right away xD This is probably the most beautiful piece of jewellery I own *o* It also has Svarovski crystals I believe~

and on~
omg I can't wait for their online store to work, there is soooo much I want, the bracelets were gorgeous~

And some extra~
Essential Hair Mask~
Michelle brought it for me from Hong Kong! I wanted to get one for a while since Style Suzi and Xiaxue often recommend it~ the shipping cost on ebay was stopping me so far thought
but it's mine! the smell is aaaamazing~ I only used it once atm, so can't really say much, but it's very thick and moisturising ~ it does look very small compared to my Tresemme hair mask thought xD

and just as a little extra... Penguin-san~ xD since I didn't have a photo of him last time ^_^

Hope you enjoyed! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ

Going on a before uni, shopping trip this Sunday to Westfield, so there might be a post on that soon

Bubbi Brushes!

Hello, Hello~ This whole post with be dedicated to Bubbi Brushes! Received my set on Monday (12th), I placed my order on the 29th August and it was sent out 3rd September. So just over a week for the package to reach my doorstep~

here they are~ still in the wrap it came in, a pretty purple bag thingie~

and out!
omg, I was soooo excited! All the brushes are extremely soft but dense. The bristles are synthetic.
The set cost £30, which gives £5 per brush (individual brushes are £5-10 on the website)
I must say that is very affordable for good quality brushes, price pretty similar to the Sigma brushes.

So let's get closer to each brush separately~

Powder Brush
As the name suggests, the perfect brush for powder~
It's pretty big and very dense. The bristle are extremely soft (I can't stop touching it! *o*). It grabs the powder very well, giving a flawless finish~

the logo is so cute~

Dual Cover Brush
double sided brush~ with a end for foundation and concealer~
it's amazing!
I never used a brush for foundation before, but I'm not going back to finger application ever again~ Foundation stays on so much better, and dark circles are finally properly covered!
Flawless coverage, no streaks!

I washed the brush a few times (cause dried up foundation is just disgusting) and unfortunately the logo rubbed away >_< it's still slightly visible, but it annoyed me a bit~ >3<

close up on both ends~
yet again, the bristles are soft, but well packed, giving maximum coverage~

concealer end~
the size allows to easily reach any place, blends everything perfectly~

Dual Eyes Brush
another double sided brush! I really love those, cause you save cost and space. but I really don't want to store them like the others in a container, cause one side will get dirty / squashed.
Both the ends were perfectly white but I used it so they are brown now xD

smaller end
perfect for applying colour on the crease and adding definition.
I love it!
it's super dense, so it applies colour with just one sweep~

eye-shadow / blending end
I have very small eyelid space so it's a bit big for precise shadow application, but good for a quick wash of colour, works amazing for blending and highlighting

Angled Liner Brush
It's good for applying colour, eyeliner style, giving a softer look. Can also be used on lower lash line or eyebrows (which I haven't tested yet). I'm not so sure it could be used for gel eyeliner if you want a crisp and sharp look cause it seems a bit too large, but I would need to try it out, to judge xD

Multi Retractable Brush
The Wonder Brush! xD
no seriously, it's amazing!
just look at it~ just the design is enough to buy it xD A perfect travel brush~

The lid comes off, and you find a retractable red piece that holds the bristles together.

If you fold it all the way down, you get a great powder or blush brush. It's about half the size of the powder brush.

and the best part~ you can adjust the red part to make it into a dense contouring brush! how multifunctional!

And that's all the brushes I have~ I really wanted the HD Flawless brush, but the dual cover brush is working so well I'm not sure if I need it xD
Anyway, those get 5 stars from me! and I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you can't afford expensive brushes. All available from bubzbeaty's shop~

Hope you enjoyed~ (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ
